The KFBA has been active since the year 2000 and began with only a vision of what we could do to build a brighter business community to revitalize the tri-town area of Porter, Parsonsfield and South Hiram. We are building on that vision and are actively seeking to strengthen and expand our business community. Therefore we give special thanks to the many businesses that share our hopes and dreams of building a stronger and more profitable business community. Since the beginning we have had as our motto: "Where Business & Community Are In Partnership.

Please come and join us in this effort. Become a member of the KFBA and give your valued insight and enter into the discussion about how to grow and develop our towns in a way that we all can be proud of living in the Kezar Falls area. This is a wonderful place to live and raise a family and we can make it even better with the ideas and vision that you can bring to the table.

The Kezar Falls Business Assoc. Meeting of May 4/2010

The officers of the KFBA meet, informally at Kezar Falls Hardware. The secretary reported that he had received and e-mail from Harvey Macomber that he was resigning as the President of the KFBA due to other responsibilities with the Town of Parsonsfield, and lack of interest from businesses to participate. David Gilpatric and Greg Schick agreeded to see John Philips from Maine Trains to see if he would help with the association. John said he would take on the Secretary position. Our tentative plans will be to meet on June 1/2010 at 7PM at Sonshine Bibles & Books.

The following will serve as an adjenda:

Election of Officers for the 2010
Proposed Promotion for this year
Notice to Members of Meetings
Update of the KFBA Website
Project Development for KFBA

All are welcome to attend.

Sincerely Acting Secretary; David L Gilpatric
